Cellulite - is it a disease?
Cellulite is a lesion of skin which appears mostly on women's bodies. It is not a disease hence the name Cellulite, which suggests inflammatory condition, is incorrect.
The emergence of cellulite is dependent on many factors. Unfortunately, not all of them can be affected. The factors conducive to the emergence of cellulite which we can affect are following:
- a sedentary way of life
- stimulants
- a diet rich in carbohydrates, white bread and fried, smoked and/or pickled dishes
- wearing too high heels and too tight clothes
- some hormonal preparations containing estrogen.
Cellulite develops in phases. The earlier the treatment is started the better the effects are. First of all it is necessary to:
- eliminate the factors conducive to the emergence of cellulite
- use a whole range of creams which contain substances facilitating the microcirculation of blood in tissues, e.g. VENOBON-cream (the cream with horse chestnut), together with oral preparations facilitating microcirculation, e.g. VENOBON-capsules
- reduce adipose cells and accelerate the burning of fat by muscle cells so that it is not absorbed by adipose cells. ADIPOBON containing CLA is helpful in achieving this.
